Some women spend years trying to get pregnant. Other women seem to get pregnant if their husband just looks at them funny (hello 19 kids and counting woman). I apparently am on the overachiever end of this spectrum, which will come as no surprise to the people reading this who know me in the non-digital world.

My doctor told me that on average it takes most women three months after they stop taking their birth control to really start to have a chance to conceive. Me? Three months to the day. (Pats self on back knowing full well the amount of luck involved here.)

So after years of stressing out that I will have fertility problems like my parents… I’m pregnant right out of the hormonal gates. YEAH!

Now what?
